Cradled in a lush hollow of acacia trees near the top of a hill, Fig Tree site looks out over undulating bushveld. Positioned where the forest below transitions into the grassy, rock-peppered plateau, the plot features a waterhole that will attract a variety of plains game as well as the more secretive fauna. The site is centrally situated within the reserve and lends itself to a lodge suspended amongst the trees, perhaps with a natural style rock pool carved around the writhing roots of the majestic ficus that lends the site it’s name.
