We as the owners and developers of Oyster Bay Estate are extremely delighted to announce that we now have embarked on developing Oyster Bay Estate. We have eagerly awaited approval of the land transfer from the Mozambican authorities and can now finally boast official title deed registration, thereby giving us the confidence from a legal perspective to launch and initiate our estate development plans, which inter alia includes the development of a Holiday Resort and Holiday Home Estate.
Our plans are to develop an upmarket and luxurious estate which will unpretentiously surpass all expectations of the holiday maker and investor. The estate homes and facilities will offer potential investors of being able to acquire official title deed to their investment which certainly will differentiate our estate from surrounding competitors.We anticipate to excel in the holiday resort arena by offering holiday makers an experience that will surpass all expectations, our passion and ambition is to deliver unrelenting service, superior facilities and of course comfort that one would expect and demand.
The estate facilities and homes will be built to stringent specifications, which we believe will provide investors and holiday makers the assurance of living or holidaying in a home that delights them. Our ambition and primary goal is not to secure one time patronage but satisfied customers who will return again and again. Our current business plan is to construct just over 20 individual homes and 10 chalets for the holiday maker, in addition to this we have already embarked on developing the necessary infrastructure which includes; electrical & water supply, access roadways, estate lighting, security facilities, and of course a facilities building which will have; a convenience store, reception area, bar and restaurant ( Which will have absolutely stunning ocean views), swimming pool, DSTV and internet.
