We have planned to build between 10  - 12 x Self Catering Chalets Units which prospective holiday makers will be able to rent out during the year, all holiday makers will have access to utilise the Estate’s amenities and facilities, which is to include:

• Convenience store, for all the basic essentials
• Communal Swimming Pool with Braai facilities.
• Bird Watching
• Fishing Charters
• Diving and Snorkelling
• Kite Boarding, Surfing and or Paddle Skiing.
• Satellite TV
• Whale and Dolphin watching
• Natural bay for ski – boat launching
• 24hour manned estate security
• Internet facilities
• Ski Boat storage facilities.
• Fully Furnished Chalets which has all the necessary facilities to ensure that the holiday maker needs only to bring the absolute basic items, such as food and drinks.

Our Chalets will offer various sleeping configurations ranging from 4 – 6 sleeper units to 10 – 12 sleeper units, all being fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary services and facilities one would expect at home. All chalets will offer stunning sea views and are to be built to standards which will please the most discerning holiday maker.

Progress of the Chalets will be posted on our website with the first few units being completed before the December 2011 holiday season.

Daily Rates will be confirmed at a later stage as and when the facilities are completed.
