Sample Home Layouts / Designs


We have included below a few basic layouts of homes in order to provide the investor an insight of potential floor plan layouts. Should the investor wish to alter or modify the floor plan we would gladly make the necessary changes. Bearing in mind that potential home owners will have the liberty of designing their own homes so long as the home complies to our prescribed building / structural specifications. All housing plans will be subject to approval by the estate developers.

Investment Cost Estimates


We envisage that the holiday homes will start from R650 000 which will depend on the house and stand size as well as the home configuration that the investor wishes to build. (ie swimming pool, paved drive ways, garages etc) We as the developers will however prescribe a minimum floor plan of 70 square meters per home, the reasoning being that our vision and goal is to develop an up market estate and therefore need to ensure that we don’t deviate from that objective. We invite all potential investors to contact us directly so that we can formulate a more detailed quotation and cost analysis.

Home Construction


All homes will be constructed and built to stringent specification in order to protect the investor and developer assets, hence we shall not allow the subcontracting of the home to any other construction company other than our appointed construction company. The main reasoning is to ensure that all homes are built in compliance to our specifications which ultimately will enhance the estate as a whole, but more importantly will protect the investors asset from substandard workmanship.

Home Ownership


Investors will be fully entitled to own their own home with the appropriate title deed registration, it is our intention to develop the estate on this basis, which does offer the prospective home owner an added advantage and security of their investment. Prospective investors will be entitled to sublet their holiday homes as and when they may wish too, however this would be subject to the resort regulations which must comply to the local authorities regulations for resorts. For more details on this issue please contact the developers. Investors will be permitted to establish syndicates in order to purchase their homes.

Home Aesthetics – Interior and Exterior


We have included some >photos< of our show house to demonstrate what we are proposing for the homes and holiday chalets. We trust the pictures will provide some insight as to what can be expected, more importantly what ambience and scenery will prevail to the prospective customer .
All potential building sites identified will have absolutely exquisite sea views, with beach front being only 120meteres away.

Infrastructure of Installed Services


All homes and Holiday Chalets will have the required services installed and operational, ie electrical connection to municipal supply, water supply, road way access, 24 hour manned security, reception area, swimming pool, Satellite TV, Internet Access, Convenience store, Fitness Area, lockable boat storage, etc)
