The Estate has been registered with the appropriate land authorities and subsequent title deed has been registered to the Estates legal entity. >download here<
All prospective investors who wish to purchase a holiday home will have the option of attaining title deed to their property which would then fall under the Residential tourism legislative regulations or they may opt to rather fall under the Lodge regulations, either option will be personally discussed with the prospective investor who may then weigh up the pro’s and cons of the alternatives available. We as the developers will guide prospective home owners step by step thru the process.
The estate will be essentially divided into two sections the first being the Holiday Resort wherein holiday makers may rent chalets throughout the year, the second being an investor who wishes to purchase his own holiday home which they may at their discretion also rented out to potential holiday makers to reduce their operational costs. (However this option is subject to certain statutory legislation which can be discussed with each prospective investor)
Environmental Impact Assessment approval has been granted from the various governmental authorities, and we await the issue of the certificate.
