We have been in the Vision Homes house since 1 July 2003 and whilst certain members of your team may have been on a learning curve at the time, with the benefit of hindsight, I have no hesitation in stating that you remained reliable and dependable throughout. Indeed, long after there was any legal or moral obligation on Vision Homes, you were there to help us sort out a few of the minor problems which we encountered. Our home on the Ridgea at Glen Navar I thought was a dream home, until we sold, made a great profit and you built for us in Glen Falls Gardens, Kloof. This home was by far my TRUE dream home. I so appreciated your commitment to us as new homeowners and when you said you would be in to see to something you honoured your word, even two years later when it was no longer your responsibility you came in and did a repair for us, for this I thank you. The home my son in law bought from you at Rose Glen is of a high standard and he said that he has never dealt with such an honest, helpful person. |
